How to install to fexible containment flange system

One of the best and most effective ways to protect a piping system is to containment piping system. 


There is specially designed for the safe transport of hazardous media and gases. There is also variety of containment piping material options to choose
Clear PVC containment piping systems,clear PVC with net piping systems,VCI anti-corrosion containment piping system,PU,EVA containment piping system,PTFE containment piping system, fiberglass containment piping systems are the most common。


First measure the total length of pipes you will cover and then determine the pipe diameter combined with the R-value of the cover you will need. then choose your needed containment piping material.


Before installing the containment piping system, be sure the pipes are dry and clean of any dirt or debris. 
When ready to install, wraps around EPDM or silicone rubber tape on pipe on each side. 
Second, covered the containment piping system with drain system and self-adhesive tape, and press the closed zipper or snap fastener in rubber seal.
Third Peel off the self-adhesive tape,and then closed all containment covers.
Fourth Adhesive tape wraps the pipe on each side.

At the last pipe, clamps wrap around the side of the pipes
